Are you a Sr Electrical Engineer looking to play a pivotal role in an innovative organization, where you will be seen as the go-to technical expert in the design and sustaining team?

On offer is a fantastic opportunity to work on a range of bespoke defense projects from conception to completion, whilst mentoring and developing other electrical engineers.

This is a fantastic time to join this successful manufacturer and play a pivotal role in their continued expansion. They are renowned across the US for their forward thinking and market leading low power products. Due to their growth, they are looking for two Sr Electrical Engineers to be based near Camarillo, CA or relocate to this area.

In this varied role you will be designing a range of specialist electrical equipment. You will be working in a close-knit team of 5 technical experts and play a lead position in the team. This is a highly autonomous and independent position where you will be split between design and sustaining work. Part of this role will include mentoring other engineers.

This role would suit a Sr Electrical Engineer looking to join an innovative organization, and work on technically challenging projects in the power supplies industry.

The Role:

• Design a range of specialist electrical equipment in a team of 5 technical experts.
• Primarily office based, but will also interact with internal manufacturing teams and be involved with hands on sustaining work.
• Speaking with customers and creating bespoke products based on customer requirements.

The Person:

• Sr Electrical Engineer.
• Experience with low power supplies / analog.
• Worked in the Defense, EV, Energy, Battery Storage, or Automotive industry.
